MAFIA (Middle-Aged Funk in Abington) is the premier party band in Montgomery County, PA. The Band delivers an electrifying set of some of the best dance and party music around. Our song selection separates us from the crowd with elements of funk, hip-hop, dance and pop…and even some choice classic rock songs to keep you shaking it all night.
The WMGK Houseband finalists started in 2014 at a neighborhood block party. Immediately there was a vibe that clicked and the fun has been going on ever since. Band Members Jimmy (Strawberry) Hartman holding down the low groove on bass along with drummer Anton Biocini filling out the rhythm section. John Amons slinging his guitar in the pocket with newest member, Matty K. dazzling the masses with his keyboards and soulful voice and front man, Chris Maffei leading the vocal charge in this contemporary line up.
